Shipyard facilities

One of the most extraordinary aspects of our operations is that all design and construction activities are
found under one roof. You deal with the same people throughout the design and building processes,
guaranteeing a smooth and pleasant building period.

Modern, spacious and dedicated to quality, our facilities are spread over a total area of 3500 square metres.
They include two construction halls (35 m and 50 m, with dry dock) plus a high tech design office, joiner’s shop,
spray painting shop, metalwork shop and electrical workshop.

If you wish, we can provide both accommodation and office space within the yard complex for your build
representative or captain. A dedicated project manager from within Van Dam is another option. One thing is for sure…
We always encourage our clients to visit the yard at every opportunity and welcome your involvement at each stage
of the project.

Our slipway facilities mean we can dry dock yachts up to 200 tons and with a maximum length of 40 metres.
The yard is ideally located at the heart of Dutch yachtbuilding, with the world’s most exclusive yachtbuilders as neighbours.
Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is only a five minute-drive away.
